    • When the menu opens. Click on “open queue”
    • Select “cancel all documents” from the drop-down printer menu at the top
    • A confirmation box will appear on the screen. Click on “Yes” and the

    • While holding the windows button, Hit the “R” button on your keyboard 
    • On the screen, a little run dialog box will appear
    • In the provided space of the Run box, enter “services.msc” command and click OK. 
    • Type “services.msc” in the typing space inside the run box
    • Opening “services.msc” will show you a list of services currently running on your computer system
    • Select “printer spooler” from the list of services appeared
    • Right-click on the printer spooler 
    • Click on the stop option. This will temporarily disable the printer spooler.
    • Restart the machine and open the Run box again after turning off the Print Spooler. 
    • In the Run dialog box’s blank space, type “spool,” then press the OK button. 
    • Click to open the Printers folder under the Spool folder, then remove every file that is present in this folder. 
    • After selecting every one of them, do a right-click and select Delete. Once every file has been removed, shut down the spool window. 
    • Go back to the Services window again. You need to start the printer spooler service again
    • Right-click on the printer spooler service
    • You will see a menu. Click on the start option and the print spooler will be started again on your computer

    After following these simple steps, all the Canon printer document stuck in queue will be cleared and you will be able to start printing again.
