Method 1
Step 1- From the printer settings, go to the settings of the Brother printer and click on the “Ink” option.
Step 2- In the ink menu, click on “Test print”.
Step 3- Click on “Alignment” to check the Brother printer alignment.
Step 4- Click on “OK” on the next screen.
Step 5- Printing of Brother printer alignment will start.
Step 6- The following page will be printed on a sheet of paper as shown in the image. Check the image and find the best prints on A, B, C, and D printheads.
Step 7- Adjust the printhead of A and then click on “OK”.
Step 8- Again, adjust the B printhead, and click on “OK”.
Adjust every printhead and then print a page to check whether my Brother printer printing skewed issue is fixed or not. If the issue is not fixed, use the second method.
Method 2
Step 1- Open the front cover of the printer.
Step 2- Detach the drum and toner unit assembly from the printer and keep it aside.
Step 3- Press the green lever to separate the toner from the drum unit.
Step 4- Swipe the tab back and forth several times to clean the corona wire.
Step 5- After you are done cleaning, close the green lock to its original position.
Step 6- Install back the toner cartridge into the drum unit.
Step 7- Reinstall the toner and drum assembly back into the printer.
Step 8- Close the front cover of the printer.
