    1. Open the Run dialog box by pressing together the Windows and R key
    2. In the empty search box of the window, type services.msc and click on the “Run” button found in the window
    3. From the list, find “Print spooler service” select it, and open its properties
    4. In the startup type option found on the menu, choose the startup type as “Automatic”
    5. After setting it to automatic, restart the print spooler services by clicking on stop and then clicking on start again after a wait of thirty seconds.
    6. Click on Apply 
    7. After the settings are applied, restart the printer and the computer and let the change take place.
