20.  Run command will open up when you press the Windows key and the R button on your keyboard at the same time 
21. In the search field window that opens, type services.msc and hit the Enter key on your keyboard
22. Scroll down to the Print Spooler service, hover your mouse over it, and choose Stop. To do this, you must be logged in as an Administrator.
23. Go to the System 32 folder in the C drive and find the Spool folder inside of the system 32 folder

25.  Return to the Services console and right-click on the Print Spooler service, then select Start.

4. Insert the freshly installed toner or cartridge into the container, making sure it is securely locked in position.
