Step 7– Using both your hands, check the spring tension on both sides.

Step 8– Take a clean cloth and clean the transfer roller. Dirty rollers are the main reason why the printer has ink but prints faded.

Step 9– If all the colors are involved in blurry prints, the transfer belt could be the root cause of the problem. To fix this, first, take out all the ink cartridges and remove the transfer belt from the printer.

Step 10– Wait for 5 minutes and then reinstall the transfer belt and the ink cartridges back into their original place.
