Step 1– Remove the power plug of the printer while the printer is still turned on. 

Step 2– If there is a Canon printer paper jam, carefully remove it from the front paper feed tray. 

Step 3– If there is any visible paper jam in the rear paper tray, pull it out gently using both your hands as shown in the image below.

Step 4– If the paper jam is inside the Canon TS 5300 printer, close the output tray first. 

Step 5– Open the front door of the Canon TS series printer. 

Step 6– Push the ink cartridge on the right. 

Step 7– If the paper is curled, pull out the edges first and then remove the paper from the printer very gently to avoid the paper getting torn.

Step 8– Once you have removed the paper, check for paper scraps inside the paper and remove them.

Step 9– Close the front door of the printer. Now you are ready to print again.
