Step 1- Epson printer driver download

  1. Go to the website of Epson printers
  2. Look for the “Support” section and click on it
  3. Click on” Printers”

Step 1- Roll Back Driver

  1. Open “Control Panel” on the Windows computer
  2. Find “devices and printers” in the settings
  3. Search for your printer and right-click on it 
  4. Click on “Properties” from the menu
  5. Go to the “Hardware” tab and click on “Properties”
  6. Go to “Driver” on the new screen
  7. Click on “Roll Back driver” to roll back the printer driver

Step 2- Uninstall your Epson printer driver

  1. Open Settings from the Windows menu
  2. Click on “Devices and printers” to see all the devices available or previously connected to the computer
  3. Select “Printers and Scanners.” from the menu
  4. Click on the option of “Print Server Properties”.
  5. Click on the Drivers tab to check the printer driver installed 
  6. Select the Epson printer driver you want to uninstall and click on “Remove.”
  7. Click on “Remove driver and driver package”

Step 3- Install a new printer driver
