Step 1– Open the cartridge access door of the HP printer while the printer is fully turned on.
Step 2– Wait until the ink cartridge has settled into its place
Step 3– Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer after the carriage has stopped movement.
Step 4– Inside the printer, there is a latch connected to the Print Head. You need to lift it before you take out the cartridges and the print head.

Step 6– Take the new Print Heads, hold them by their sides, and attach them to the printer.
Step 7– Lower the white-colored latch to securely tighten the Print Head in its place.

Step 9– Close the access door after the cartridges have been installed inside the printer.
Step 10– Reconnect the power cord with the printer and turn it on. Print a test page to determine if the HP printhead problem is fixed or not.
