Step 1– Open the start menu of the Windows computer and click on the Settings icon as shown in the image below.

Step 2– While on the Windows Settings window, choose the Devices option.

Step 3– There is a menu on the left side of the Window, click on Printers & scanners. 

Step 4– Click once on the printer not aligned and choose the Manage option.

Step 5– Select Printing Preferences from the list of options.

Step 6– A new window will open, click on the Maintenance tab to fix printer paper feed alignment problems.

Step 7– Click on Print Head Alignment to align print head of the printer you are using.

Step 8– Choose Next to continue.

Step 9– Click on the Print button to print the printer alignment page. 

Step 10– Take a close look at the printer alignment page and select the best results 

Step 11- Select the square with the finest band from the alignment page, enter the values as shown in the image below, and click on finish.
