How to Clean Your Printer for Better Performance and Print Quality

Step 1– Insert a page into the printer and press the print button to start printing a page from your printer.

Step 2– Remove the wire connecting the printer to power while the page is still being printed. It frees up the print cartridge. This step is very important to clean your printer for better performance and print quality.

Step 3– Open the top cover of the printer.

Step 4– Slide the ink cartridges back and forth a few times.

Step 9– Take both strips of blotting paper together and place them inside the print head. 

Step 10– Take a syringe and fill 2-3 mm of warm cleaning liquid.
