Step 1– Open the back cover of the HP printer.
Step 2– If there is a printer paper jam, take it out with your hand.
Step 3– Close the door.
Step 4– Open the back cover of the printer
Step 5– Grab the two latches present on each side and pull the fuser straight out of the printer. If there is an HP printer paper jam inside the fuser area. Remove it and proceed with the next step.

Step 6– The paper can be jammed in the second transfer assembly too. Raise it and look for printer paper jam inside it

Step 8– Make sure that the tray separation roller is securely against the right side of the shaft.
