6. Clear the Print Queue:

  • Open “Control Panel”
  • Go to “Devices and Printers.”
  • Right-click your HP printer and select “See what’s printing.”
  • Cancel all print jobs.

7. Disable SNMP Status (Windows Only):

  • Open “Control Panel” and navigate
  • Navigate to “Devices and Printers.”
  • Right-click your HP printer and select “Printer Properties.”
  • Go to the “Ports” tab and select your printer’s port.
  • Click “Configure Port” and uncheck “SNMP Status Enabled.”
