Step 5– Damp a lint-free cloth with rubbing alcohol and gently clean the metal contacts.
Step 6– Locate the metal contacts inside the printer and gently wipe it with the same cloth you used to clean the contacts of cartridges.
Step 7– Reinstall the ink cartridges back into the printer.
Step 8– Plug in the power cable of the printer.
Step 9– Close the printer cover and start the printer to see if the printer not detecting ink.
