Step 1– Press the Windows button to open the start menu. From the start menu, find the Control panel and open it.

Step 2- Click on the Hardware and Sound option from the list of all the settings.

Step 3– Inside Hardware and Sound, you will see options to control all the hardware and sound-related devices, Click on the “Devices and Printers” option.

Step 4– Right-click on the printer not printing full pages and select the Printing Preferences option.

Step 5– On the new tab that opens up, click on the Paper tab to fix the printer not printing the whole page.

Step 6– Make sure that the Letter size is chosen as the original size option under the paper source menu as shown in the image below.

Step 7– Now, go to the output size and set it as “Same as original size” and click on the OK button to save the settings and fix the printer not printing full pages problem.
