Step 5– Take a clean cloth and Clean the rollers using that. You can use a little bit of alcohol on the cloth before cleaning.
Note- Do not use chemical cleaning compounds such as acetone or thinner to clean the roller as it may permanently damage it.
Step 6– User your finger and rotate the rollers to clean its entire surface.
Step 7– Let the rollers dry completely. This can take 2 to 5 minutes. After the rollers are dry, put the papers back into the paper tray. At once do not load more than 20 papers into the paper tray. Do check the conditions of papers. Use fresh sheets of paper and align them properly before putting them into the paper tray.
Step 8– Plug the power cord back into the printer.
After everything is done, power on the printer and try to print a document. If the printer not grabbing paper, you will have to get the printer checked by a printer technician.
